At some point in each of our lives we all need someone to care about us.  Maybe it’s to share the tears of joy that come with the birth of a new child, or the sorrow that we experience at the loss of a loved one.

We would like to introduce you to a church family that would like to become just such a friend to you and your family.  The First Pentecostal Church family of San Antonio, Texas is made up of people just like you.  We have all experienced the “ups and downs” that come in every life.  We would like to share with you the love and peace of Jesus Christ, the common denominator that brings us together as a family.

Compassion, caring, and meeting the needs of people who were hurting, were the trademarks of the ministry of Jesus Christ.  As true followers of Jesus, the First United Pentecostal Church family feels that we must be “moved with compassion” by the needs of our neighbors and our community.  We hope that this is shown through each ministry that our church offers as a service to the community.  We hope that the love and hope that Jesus Christ has shared with our church family, can be expressed to you.  We have found a friend to help us through every situation, Jesus Christ!
